What We Believe

The world may be changing constantly, but our foundation our foundation and beliefs are not—the eternal truth of God’s Word. At Bedrock, we stand firmly on the teachings of Scripture, guided by our core beliefs and values that shape everything we do.

We believe in the BIBLE

We believe the Holy Scriptures are the true, authoritative, and powerful Word of God. They are accurate, unchanging, and alive—our foundation for faith and life. God’s Word isn’t just a book; it’s the voice of truth that leads us, shapes us, and transforms us.

We believe in ONE GOD - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit

  • We believe in one God, eternally existent in three persons. Co-equal in nature (being God) and submissive in duty.
  • We believe in the God the Father the creator of the universe
  • We believe in Jesus. We believe that Jesus Christ, the living and eternal Word of God,  is the virgin-born Son of God—fully God and fully man. He walked among us, lived a sinless life, and gave Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of the world. According to the Scriptures, He was buried, rose again in victory, and ascended to the Father, where He reigns forever. Jesus is alive, and in Him, we have salvation!
  • We believe in the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit convicts of sin; Who indwells every Christian; Who helps us in our weakness and intercedes for us in prayer; and Who empowers us to a victorious Christian life and to participate in the kingdom work of God.

We believe in the GOOD NEWS

We believe that Jesus’ death on the cross was the final and complete sacrifice for the sins of the world. That man, created by God, willfully sinned against God and is consequently lost and without hope apart from Jesus Christ. Salvation isn’t something we earn—it’s a gift, given by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. When we repent, turn from our sin, and trust in Jesus as Savior and Lord, we are born again—made new—put on mission to share the Gospel with the world. This is the hope of the gospel, and it changes everything!

We believe in the CHURCH

  • We believe in the Church of Jesus Christ, founded on the Day of Pentecost, consisting of all Christians everywhere, and organized into local assemblies, called churches.
  • We believe the Bible teaches that every Christian should be an active member of a local church.
  • We believe the Bible instructs church members to:
    • Meet together regularly for fellowship, worship, teaching, and the Lord's Supper.
    • Use our natural abilities and spiritual gifts to serve one another.
    • Love one another, bear with one another, accept one another, and forgive one another.
    • Seek unity, agreement, and peace with one another.
    • Bear one another's burdens and pray for one another.
    • Spur one another to love and good deeds.
    • Submit to the authority of the elders of the church.
    • Give through the local church to support local and global efforts to reach the world.
    • Pursue personal holiness and obedience to God's Word.
    • Strive together to fulfill the Great Commission.

You are Deeply
Loved By God

Maybe that sounds familiar—or maybe it feels like a stretch. Maybe you’re curious, skeptical, or just searching for something real. Wherever you find yourself right now, you’re invited to pause and consider: What if it’s true?
From the very beginning, the story of God is one of love, intention, and connection. The Bible describes a God who created us to know Him, to trust Him, and to live in a relationship with Him—a God who cares about every part of our lives: our relationships, our questions, our pain, even our doubts.
But somewhere along the way, humanity decided to go its own way, turning from the very One who gave us life. We’ve all done it—choosing our own path, relying on ourselves, and ending up with the kind of brokenness we can’t quite fix. The Bible calls that separation “sin.” It’s not just about wrong actions—it’s about disconnection from the God who made us.
And here’s where it gets surprising: God didn’t walk away.
Instead, He stepped in. Through Jesus, God entered our world and our brokenness. Jesus lived with compassion and truth, and though He did nothing wrong, He chose to lay down His life—for us. His death wasn’t the end. His resurrection changed everything.
Because of Jesus, there’s now a way back—a way to be reconnected to the God who knows you and loves you. You don’t have to have all the answers. You don’t have to clean up your life first. You’re simply invited to take a step of trust, to turn toward God, and to discover the kind of life that begins with grace.
You’re not alone in your questions or your journey. This is an invitation—not to religion, but to relationship. Not to pressure, but to possibility.
What if the love you’ve been searching for has been reaching out to you all along?
